Champagne

Today is a sad day for the Mowrer's. Sadly, Champagne, a member of our family had to be put to sleep this afternoon. She was 9 years old and in the final stages of cancer. Champagne was not just a good dog she was an extraordinary dog. I've never known another dog like her. She was so human, it was like she could think and understand just like a person could. I love our dog, Bear and I loved our family dog, Chardonnay but Champagne really was special and unique. She was also very beautiful with quite a coat of fur. I have so many fond memories of Champagne. She will be greatly missed!

Last weekend we were just hanging out on the back patio and Jackson was all about dancing to Mike's music. Unfortunately I can't seem to load the one of him dancing all over (I'll have to give it another try soon). But Jackson saw Anna "shaking it" and wanted to give it a try

Sleep Glorious Sleep

Anna gave us quite a gift last night---a FULL night's sleep! We know it's too early to hope for a repeat anytime soon but it sure was nice. She slept from 6:55pm until 5:47am this morning (and then fell back asleep in our bed until 7:30am)! I feel like a new woman today.

E-O Dump

E-O Dump is something that Jackson has been doing for about the last year---EVERY MORNING! When he was younger he started calling oatmeal "e-o" and we've just always called it that. We finally decided to get it on tape. It's quite enertaining each morning.
