BLASTBALL--Go TEAM RANGERS

Blastball, for those of you who haven't heard of it (we hadn't until last year), is basically beginner t-ball. There is one base that makes a horn sound when you jump on it. Each kid gets to hit in each inning and there are no winners or losers--my kind of game! In the outfield you try to catch the ball and yell blastball before the hitter reaches the base. Another plus is the parents can be on the field with the kids. So far we've had two games and three practices. Jackson really seems to like it and has surprised us with his hitting skills.

Ready for his first game Hitting the ball
The team cheerleader
Hanging out in the dugout cheering on his teammates
There he is No. 3
Running back to outfield after a quick high five to mom for catching the ball and yelling blastball
In the ready position
Jackson's favorite part---the snack at the end of the game!
Go RANGERS!!!

SO cute! OK, so since I saw you and we talked about it, I've heard 2 other people talk about their kids in blastball. Poor Tate, he is deprived! :) My friend Janell's little boy Alex is playing in that same league I think, so you may run into each other at a game.

Looks like Jackson is having fun!
